The three following Ministries concerned: " Industrial Development and Promotion, Economy and Trade, and Finance " have issued a notice on January 19th, 2024, confirming the mandatory application of PCEC.

Related PCEC certificate shall be available for any shipments subject to the program. 

Therefore, exporters are advised to urgently liaise with their local Bureau Veritas office (see Contacts sheet) for their shipments to Congo (Brazzaville).
